The Dollar Tree only recently started accepting manufacturer’s coupons and it has meant many freebies since then! The main way to shop at Dollar Tree is to find great, brand-name items at your store and pair it with a coupon. They do not offer store coupons but will sometimes have sales or clearance. Dollar Tree will accept non-expired manufacturer’s coupons but only TWO internet coupons per transaction, no limit on coupons from inserts. Dollar Tree will not allow any overage so any coupon over $1 will be adjusted down.
Manufacturer’s Coupons: This is the main way to save at The Dollar Tree. You can find a ton of freebies each week when you use coupons. I have found great deals lately on Hefty bags, Nivea and Hormel products. You can follow our weekly match-ups for the best deals, available each Sunday. You can use as many insert coupons as you want but only two printable coupons.
Seasonal and Clearance Items: Occasionally, you can find some really great deals after holidays or when there is a deal going on, like a book sale. They have really great holiday decorations and supplies for parties throughout the year. It’s a great way to save on these types of items that you won’t use on a regular basis.
